The PIN and PUK codes can be found on the SIM card packet that is provided to you when the sim was purchased. There is a PUK 1 and PUK 2 code to help with securing your SIM pin. You can use it to unlock a blocked SIM pin. How to access SIM PIN & PUK: Step 1. Turn to the back of your sim card holder. Step 2.
Mar 31, 2020 · Entering PUK codes. Contact Customer Care to request your PUK code. Entering the wrong code can permanently damage your SIM card. When prompted on the Dialer screen, tap Unlock. Enter the PUK code and tap OK. Enter a new PIN code and tap OK. Re-enter the new PIN code and tap OK. Wait for the device to finish unlocking.
You can find your PUK code on the back of your SIM card packaging. If you have lost your SIM card packaging, you can recover your PUK code by doing the following: With the Lucky Mobile My Account app: Launch the Lucky Mobile My Account app on your phone. Click on SIM & device options under Manage my device; Click on Unlock my SIM card
